Process Art Party Great for Ages 4-9

THIS PARTY IS OVER STIMULATING FOR ANY CHILD THAT HAS SENSORY CONCERNS…PLEASE THINK ABOUT ALL YOUR GUESTS BEFORE BOOKING.  IF THEY DON’T LIKE GETTING PAINT ON THEM…PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CREATIVE PARTY. CLEAN UP IS AT END OF PARTY, NOT DURING.

CREATIVITY IS INTELLIGENCE HAVING FUN! Using, basketball, bowling, drumming and so so much more!  Each participant will get their own canvas board to keep and take home. Using Regular paint & Glow in the Dark Paint.

This was an event that I used to do in school, and was asked to turn into a party with friends.  Of course I went Bigger at ArtBarnATX by adding much more then in this video 

 

• If you invite 18 or more kids to the party, I need to know before the day of your party so I can hire a second employee to help manage the children on the premises of the property.  This includes ALL non participating & participating kids, not parents.  This is also to help with parking, as we have a limited space to park cars.

• GREAT PARTY FOR AGES 4-9  Dress for Mess, old clothes.  I will also verify the ages. Please let parents know if they have kiddos younger than minimum age, they can play in designated areas, however they are too young to make the project.
  
  ALL CHILDREN attending any event AGES 0-18  on the grounds/premises (Inside & Out Side) of ArtBarnATX are REQUIRED to have a waiver. It is the host’s responsibility to ensure all guests have filled out a waiver before the party & THAT EACH GUEST MEETS THE REQUIRED MINIMUM AGE.

• Surprise Ending…With GLOW IN THE DARK BUBBLES…shhh, don’t tell them:)
• To young for tweens/teens…this age needs to do splatter party
• This is not a drop off party for kids 6 and under.  Parents need to stay to help their child.
  
• After your birthday party is confirmed with a confirmation email, YOU WILL RECEIVE A DIRECT LINK TO YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY WAIVER TO SHARE WITH YOUR GUESTS.

• YOU WILL PLACE ON YOUR INVITATION kiddos ages 4-6 and children with disabilities & sensory will be need THEIR parent/guardian in the rooms to help them.  Mrs. Gordon will be taking pictures, and resetting stations
• Older than 7-9 can be independent.
• $360 Base package 2-10 Guests(9 guests plus  guest of Honor) & 2 hours of studio time
• $15 each additional Guest over 10 (no more than 20 total guests)
  
• Summer Parties (June 1st – October 1st): Add a Waterslide with Foam Cannon for $20
• Amber Gordon, Owner & Texas Certified K-12 Art Educator, will be your Instructor for the Party
• Friday Party Time: please choose 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm OR 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at check out
• This Activity is for ages 4 and up, this includes all guests

          • ArtBarnATX does offer a Free inside playroom, Free Arcades, and an outside Playscape for our guests to enjoy while accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. This policy is in place for the safety of our younger visitors due to the variety of art materials and tools around the studio.
          • It is Our Policy children YOUNGER THAN 6 are supervised by a parent/guardian over the age of 18 at all times. THIS POLICY DOES NOT MEAN the Guardian DOES THE ART PROJECT WITH THE CHILD….IT MEANS YOU ARE THE GUARDIAN NEED TO BE WATCHING YOUR CHILD AT ALL TIMES and you can play in the listed areas Yes, after Art activity, younger siblings can enjoy birthday treats/food, and join in group pictures.

*Party Add-on for Summer Time Only (Memorial Weekend – October 1st).  Cannot be booked by itself.

For $200 we have 2 options you can add depending on the child’s age:

**Children Older than 6 : you can rent our Yellow (see picture above and video below) 60-foot 2-story water slide and foam cannon with an additional hour of Party Time, to be used at the end of the party activity.

OR, NOT BOTH

**Children Younger than 6: you can rent our Blue Dual Inflatable Slip N Slide with foam cannon with an additional hour of Party Time, to be used at the end of the party activity.

Guests should wear swimsuits underneath their clothes and bring a towel.  It’s a great way to wash the paint off after a splatter paint party!  The water slide is NOT for adults, children only.  The maximum weight limit for the slide is 160 lbs and children must wear bathing suits without buttons, zippers, or other protruding items that could pose a safety hazard or rip the slide.

 

Party Hours For The Waterslide (2-Hour Party + An Additional 1-Hour Water Slide):

• Saturday & Sunday: New Time 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (Old Time 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm)
• Saturday & Sunday: New Time 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Old Time 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
