New…Arrrrg Matey…It’s a Pirate Party Ages 4 and up

I have pre-planned a treasure hunt for your guests.  This party will require your goodie bags to be the treasure for the treasure hunt.  I will collect these from you when you arrive and place them in the treasure spot. 

• GREAT PARTY FOR AGES 4 and up
• EVERY PARENT MUST SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE THEIR CHILDREN CAN PARTICIPATE AND ATTEND: DIGITALLY SIGN THE WAIVER ONLINE OR PRINT & SIGN THE WAIVER (A new waiver is needed for each event and party – it is non-transferable)
• It is Our Policy For the safety of ALL children – CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 6 WILL NEED 1:1 HELP/SUPERVISION FROM THEIR PARENT/Guardian age 18 & up AT ALL TIMES (Due to the choking hazard of small objects/supplies in ArtBarnATX, this is a working Art studio).

• Come Dressed in your best scallywag Pirate costume, because I WILL BE…arrrggg!
• Each Kiddo will paint and decorate their own take home wooden Treasure box
• Parents may need to help their kiddos with the low Temp Glue gun, Please let Parents know.
• Group Treasure hunt, with a special Gift for the Birthday guest. Hunt Outside, if weather is bad,  no worries then inside
• $340 Base package 2-10 Guests(9 guests plus  guest of Honor) & 2 hours of studio time
• $20 each additional Guest over 10 (no more than 24 total guests)
• The cost for additional Guests will be paid on the day of the party. The party cost of $340 only pays for 10 guests. ( guests, plus guest of honor equals 10.
  
• Summer Parties (June 1st – October 1st): Add a Waterslide with Foam Cannon for $200
• Free Arcades with All Birthday Parties
• 30 minutes of food time at end of activities unless noted otherwise.
• Amber Gordon, Owner & Texas Certified K-12 Art Educator, will be your Instructor for the Party
• All Parties are Private Parties. You will not be sharing the studio space with other customers.
• this Activity is for Ages 4 and up this includes All participating Guests CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 6 WILL NEED 1:1 HELP FROM THEIR PARENT FOR THIS PROJECT.
• Please We respectfully ask no children under the age of 4, due to the nature of breakables from other artists, this is a working studio.
• No gum is allowed in the studio.

Water Slide with Foam Cannon:

*Party Add-on for Summer Time Only (June 1st – October 1st).  Cannot be booked by itself.

For $200 you can rent our 60-foot 2-story waterslide and foam cannon with an additional hour of Party Time, to be used at the end of the party activity.  Guests should wear swimsuits underneath their clothes and bring a towel.  Great way to wash the paint off after a splatter paint party!

Only Participants wearing bathing suits will be allowed on the slide.  No zippers or buttons, jeans…as this will rip the slide.
The max weight on the slide is 160 lbs.

Party Hours For The Waterslide (2-Hour Party + An Additional 1-Hour Water Slide):

• Saturday & Sunday: New Time 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (Old Time 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm)
• Saturday & Sunday: New Time 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Old Time 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
